Group Exercise sessions are available for a small group (up to 5 individuals), at discounted fee.

It's inspiring and motivating to be in a class where you are surrounded by dedicated, like-minded individuals with an encouraging instructor. Group fitness is a great way to get fit as well as promote social bonding and support. Each class is structured with a warm-up, a balanced workout, and a cool-down session.
