EXERCISE PLANNING

Physical fitness involves performance of heart, lungs, muscles and joints of the body.

To get the maximum benefits of a good exercise plan, You have to do them regularly with correct Intensity. And it should Include Stamina, Strength Flexibility exercises, Warm up & cool down sessions.

Stamina Exercises

They improve performance of Heart and Lungs

E.g.: Walking, Jogging, Cycling, Swimming, Aerobic Exercises, Zumba etc.

It is necessary to maintain a certain level of heart rate while doing stamina exercises, which is called Training Heart Zone (THZ). An ideal THZ is calculated for the each individual and incorporated in the fitness plan.


Strength Exercises

They improve muscular health.

Good muscle mass means good resting metabolism, which efficiently burns extra calories.

E.g.:
Weight bearing exercises:

  • • Using own body weight
  • • Lifting free weights, gym machines.

Exercise sessions involving the muscles of Upper Body, Lower Body &Core are designed keeping in mind the physical condition and constrains of the person.


Flexibility Exercises


They are good for the mobility of joints and spine health.

They Improve balance, support & posture of the body.

E.g.: Stretching Exercises, Yoga, Pilates
