WELLNESS PROGRAMS & SERVICES

In our fast-paced society with competing life demands, it can be difficult to adopt and sustain lifestyle changes that promote health and wellbeing.

Personalized one-on-one health counselling and fitness training sessions with customized wellness plans based on below factors:

  • a. Physical Assessment – Height, Weight, BMI, Blood Pressure, Pulse Rate, Lung Capacity, Existing Medical Conditions if any.
  • b. Lifestyle Assessment – Daily Routine, Sleep, Habits, Stress, etc.
  • c. Counselling and Goal Setting - Nutrition Plan, Weight Loss, Diabetes control, Lifestyle Modifications, etc.
  • d. Exercise Session – Customized exercise plan with follow up sessions every two weeks to review the progress and make necessary modifications in the plan.

Each of you will have a different fitness requirement. We will determine your fitness goals first and then customize a program based on your specific needs, lifestyle and the most importantly your day-to-day routine.

It is a well proven fact that regular exercises helps in controlling and preventing many diseases. For a proper fitness regime, you must follow correct methods, intensity and posture of doing each exercise to get the expected outcome and to avoid injuries.

Weight Loss Program

Obesity is a major risk factor for many serious health problems such as Heart Disease, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Stroke, Osteoarthritis, Sleep Apnea, Depression, etc. Losing weight will help you prevent these ailments.

This program is carefully designed not only to motivate you to lose weight but also to help you adapt a healthier lifestyle, so that you will maintain the healthy weight throughout your lifetime.

Being underweight can be just as unhealthy as being obese. If you are underweight, you may be prone to:

  1. Delayed Growth and Development
  2. Fragile Bones and Osteoporosis
  3. Weakened Immune System - When you don’t get enough nutrients, your body cannot store energy. This makes it difficult to fight illness. It may also be difficult for your immune system to recover after being sick
  4. Anemia - This condition can be caused by not having enough of the Vitamins, Iron, Folate and B12
  5. Fertility Issues - In women, low body weight can lead to irregular periods, lack of menstruation, and infertility
  6. Hair Loss – Being underweight can cause dry/thin skin and various health issues related teeth and gums

But some people are naturally very skinny but still healthy. Based on your health assessment and lifestyle, we will come up with a balanced nutrition and exercise plan.

Group Exercise sessions are available for a small group (up to 5 individuals), at a discounted fee.
It's inspiring and motivating to be in a class where you are surrounded by dedicated, like-minded individuals with an encouraging instructor. Group fitness is a great way to get fit as well as promote social bonding and support. Each class is structured with a warm-up, a balanced workout, and a cool-down session.

Diabetes is a condition that impairs the body's ability to process blood glucose, otherwise known as blood sugar.

But Diabetes is not a standard disease. It also comes in many types.

Type 2 diabetes is mostly lifestyle related disease. The important risk factors include obesity, poor diet physical inactivity, age, family history of diabetes. People with diabetes have an increased risk of developing several serious health problems. Untreated high blood sugar from diabetes can damage your nerves, eyes, kidney, and other organs. They are at higher risk of developing infections too.

I have about 9 years of clinical experience in treating patients in Pune, India.


I have been working in the field of Corporate & School Wellness since 2007. Until June 2013 while I was based in India, I was associated with Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi as an In-charge of Lifestyle Wellness Unit.


From March 2016 to Jan 2019, I worked as a Lifestyle Wellness counsellor with RAK Diabetes Center, Dubai. A role of wellness counselor includes, patient education and motivating them to lead a healthy lifestyle.


During this assignment I have conducted various Wellness Programs, including one on one counselling, Health awareness & education talks /workshops for prestigious corporate clients and schools such as Sharp electronics, UAE exchange, Atlantis the Palm, ENBD, Huawei, United Insurance, DHL and many more. Also closely associated with implementing marketing strategies.
